If you’ve been with me since the beginning then you don’t know how much it means to me that you’re still around and if you’ve joined me recently, having new readers is an absolute blessing.

The last year and three quarters as a full time writer have been much more complicated than I expected. And I know that this is the first full length novel I’ve published since August last year.

It might’ve been a while in the making but I’m really proud of this book and it’s been so much fun watching Rowan grow and develop. No spoilers but this one really opens up the way Rowan will and can work in the future. As I wrote it I was thinking about what here career would look like. It takes place before Covid and lockdown so you’ll see no mention of them here, but future stories will elude to working in that time without focusing on it too much and hopefully I’ll have struck a decent balance.
